Pricing Validity
All prices are fixed for 12 months from onboarding. After this period, pricing may be revised with 30
days notice.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
Usage Limits
Plans include fixed property limits per month. Unused slots do not carry forward. Extra properties
are chargeable.
Trial Policy
Trial is limited to one property and may include restricted features.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is 24–72 hours post shoot, subject to complexity.
Website Services
Website setup is one-time and non-refundable once started. Maintenance covers hosting and minor
updates.
Usage Rights
Clients can use content for marketing. Provider may use work for portfolio.
Cancellation
15-day prior notice required. No partial refunds.
Liability
Service is a marketing tool. No guarantee of sales or conversions.
Agreement
By proceeding, client agrees to all terms stated.
